So you have looked around a bit and found something that you want to order. Just send us an email or fill out the enquiry form with the name of the product (displayed just below the photo) or a description of the item with the quantities that you would like to order or download and fill out the different order forms that is displayed at certain sections. We will then send you all the info like banking details, shipping costs and manufacturing time. Please note that NO financial transactions can be performed directly from this website.
So jy het nou bietjie rondgekyk en iets gesien wat jy wil bestel. Stuur net vir ons 'n e-pos of vul die navraag vorm in met die produk se naam (dit word onderaan sommige van die foto's van produkte vertoon) of 'n beskrywing van die produk, met die hoeveelhede wat jy wil bestel. Of vul die bestelvorms in wat by sekere afdelings vertoon word. Ons sal dan terugkom na jou toe met die bankbesonderhede, vervoerkoste en vervaardigingstydperke. Let asseblief daarop dat GEEN finansiële transaksies direk van hierdie webtuiste af gedoen kan word nie.
We are primarily an online shop - you may collect by prior appointment only. We are not a courier or transport company. All products are sent through the Post Office and must be collected at your nearest Post Office. To track your product go to http://tracking.postoffice.co.za/ and type in your tracking number. Make sure it has no spaces between the numbers. Please familiarise yourself with the respective 3rd party terms and conditions, options and limitations. We cannot be held responsible for 3rd party inefficiencies or losses. Insurance is not automatically included and costs extra. Our responsibility ends once we have correctly transferred your package to your chosen 3rd party for delivery to you. You may choose to send your own courier. Shipping costs are not included in the selling price, unless otherwise indicated.
Ons is primêr 'n aanlyn winkel - dit is wel moontlik om bestellings persoonlik te kom afhaal indien vooraf gereël. Ons is nie 'n koerier of vervoermaatskappy nie. Alle produkte word met die SA Posdiens gepos. U kan u pakkie dus by die naaste poskantoor gaan afhaal. U kan u pakkie volg by http://tracking.postoffice.co.za/ deur die "tracking" nommer in te tik (sonder spasies tussen letters en nommers). Ons kan nie verantwoordelik gehou word vir 3de party oneffektiwiteit of verliese nie. Versekering word nie outomaties bygevoeg nie kos ekstra. Ons verantwoordelikheid eindig sodra ons jou bestelling korrek aan die die 3de party vervoer/posdienste oorhandig het. Jy mag kies om self vir 'n koerierdiens te reël. Vervoerkoste/posgeld is nie ingesluit by die verkooppryse van produkte nie, tensy anders aangedui.
Because most products sold on this website are handmade and/or need to be customised to fit the need of individual customers there is a manufacturing time of up to 2 weeks (this excludes posting times). With photobooks it can be longer, as the printing time of the books alone can take up to 3 weeks. Not all Washi Tape rolls are kept in stock. New Washi tape stock is ordered every second week (if there is a high enough demand we can place orders weekly).
Omdat byna alle produkte handgemaak en/of verpersoonlik moet word om by elke kliënt se unieke behoeftes te pas kan 'n vervaardigingstydperk van tot 2 weke van toepassing wees (dit sluit die postydperk uit). In die geval van fotoboeke kan dit nog langer duur omdat die druktyd alleenlik tot en met 3 weke kan neem. Nie alle Washi tape rolle word in voorraad gehou nie en word elke 2 weke van ons verskaffers af bestel (indien daar genoeg aanvraag is kan ons dit weekliks bestel).
Is the item that you ordered a gift for someone? Use the gift option when you order. At R150 we will pack your ordered item(s) in a beautiful gift box and wrap it with a ribbon and send it directly to the person the gift is intended for. The easiest way to spoil someone special!
Is die item wat jy bestel het 'n geskenk vir iemand? Jy kan die geskenk opsie by jou bestelling voeg. Teen R150 verpak ons jou bestelling in 'n mooi geskenkboks en verbind dit met lint en ons stuur dit sommer direk na die spesiale persoon toe vir wie die geskenk is. Dit was nog nooit so maklik om iemand te bederf nie!
